Delivery Options and Costs
We aim to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely.
European Union Delivery
We deliver throughout the European Union with a few exceptions: Malta, Cyprus, Italian Islands and Venice.
At checkout, simply select your country, city, and location — the delivery cost for your address will be automatically displayed.
Free delivery is available for all orders over €150 within the European Union (exceptions: Malta, Cyprus, Italian Islands and Venice). Free delivery on orders over €150 applies only for completed purchases.
Delivery Time
• Standard delivery: 2–8 working days, depending on your country.
• Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) are processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after 14:00 (CET) or during weekends are processed the next working day.
• If your parcel does not arrive within the maximum delivery period indicated at checkout for your location, please allow an additional 24-48 hours before contacting us at hello@keels.eu.
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.
• Our delivery partners have a 98% delivery success rate. If you happen to find yourself in the unlucky 2%, we will do our VERY best to make your experience bearable.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s progress at any time.
RETURNS
You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
• The return shipping cost will be borne by the client and deducted from the reimbursed amount.
• Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return or request more information, please contact us at hello@keels.eu with your order ID in the subject line.
• Should you need to return an item, please allow up to 14 days for your return to reach us and be processed.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
• Excluded from returns:
o Accessories such as earrings or swimwear, for hygiene reasons.
o Gift cards and personalised packaging.
Exchanges
At present, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

We do everything we can to reduce our return rate, for obvious reasons:
• To save you unnecessary costs
• To reduce handling and waste
• To minimize the environmental impact of unnecessary shipments.
